[DB] Bleach 204 H264 to Divx Repack at 1:14 AM

Here is this week's repack of Bleach, all I have done is change the resolution to 720x400, and the codec from h264 to divx, nothing else changed.

I've had people ask me why do I bother to change the resolution when it begins as a 480p file, well at 848x480 the file is outside the spec for divx playing set-top boxes, so if you can't understand that then just stop downloading my files.
