New irc location at 11:45 AM

I decided to start up a new chatroom location on a different network. Efnet served it's purpose but with all the disconnects it's a pain to keep the ops and now the channel remains OP-less, so from now in these are the irc settings

server - rizon
channel - #animebento

if you have mirc32 or chatzilla installed the link at the top of the page will take you right into the new room as well.
